Project Management  For a period of two weeks and sponsored by Tagat fondation a project management course is holding in the Holiday inn hotel fom 8th of July to the 19th of July by the previous Chairman  of civil engineering department in the Kuwait University professor Nabil Qurtom. Cost Management  During a period of a week and sponsored by Tagat fondation a cost management course was held in the Holiday inn hotel by the previous Chairman  of civil engineering department in the Kuwait University professor Hashem  Altabtabai. Cost management is a critical element which has a huge impact on any project. Such an important subject needs more than a week to be discussed in detail so this course represents an introduction to cost management with some practices on cost estimation.  In the first lecture the attendees were informed briefly about project managment defination and the problem associated with the project in the state of Kuwait.
